On 13^th January, 2026, the signing ceremony for the strategic bilateral cooperation agreement between Hunan Juren Chemical Hitechnology Co.,Ltd and Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was grandly held at Wanhua Chemical Group in Yantai. Heads of core business and relevant representatives from both parties gathered together to witness this important moment and embark on a brand-new chapter of in-depth collaboration and joint development between the two parties.

At the signing ceremony, Dr. Liu Mingzhong, General Manager of the Procurement Division of Wanhua Chemical Group, delivered a speech in which he introduced the development history, core strengths and strategic planning of Wanhua.

He stated that the collaboration on PCL business started since 2020 between Juren and Wanhua, with aligned business philosophies, the PCL cooperation volume has grown steadily. Currently, Juren Chemical is the key PCL raw material supplier for Wanhua Chemical Group, which in turn is Juren Chemical' biggest customer, and the two parties have broad prospects for global business synergy going forward.

In consideration of long-term development and in adherence to the spirit of "Long-Term Cooperation, Mutual Benefit & Win-Win", the two parties have reached a profound consensus via sincere collaboration in 2023-2025 strategic cooperation phase, and jointly resolved to extend their strategic partnership. Wanhua Chemical Group designates Juren Chemical as its strategic supplier, with priority procurement of PCL from Juren Chemical for the demand of its existing and newly planned global plants; Juren Chemical, in turn, names Wanhua Chemical Group as its strategic customer, and commits to the top-priority fulfillment of all its PCL demand.

Mr. Wang Hanyu, Chairman of Juren Chemical, stated that Wanhua Chemical Group is admirable for its professional capabilities, market reputation and innovative spirit in its field, and has maintained a steady development momentum over the years. Having been deeply engaged in the caprolactone industry for a long time, Juren Chemical has core advantages in raw material quality control, large-scale supply and customized adaptation.

This continuous collaboration with Wanhua Chemical Group aims to provide stable and high-quality raw material support through accurate demand matching and optimized supply system . At the same time, Juren Chemical will realize the steady expansion of its own business by relying on Wanhua’s market layout, and ultimately achieve a sound situation of win-win supply and demand and collaborative development.

Mr. Wang emphasized that the two parties will take long-term cooperation as the cornerstone, continuously establish a normalized communication mechanism for supply and demand, jointly consolidate the foundation of the upstream industrial chain, and create a new situation for the high-quality development of the industry.

It is understood that the strategic cooperation agreement signed this time, clarified the cooperation principles, quality standards, delivery timelines and performance guarantee mechanisms for both parties, set a clearer course for the collaboration of both parties . Centered on the core raw material supply, the cooperation covers R&D and customization of high-quality raw materials, large-scale stable supply, full-process quality management and supply chain synergy optimization and so on.
